RESPONSIBILITIES:

o Provide a well-planned production schedule focused on minimizing working capital and meeting or exceeding customer service targets

o Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify initiatives and best methods for performance improvements

o Maximize machine efficiencies while maintaining appropriate inventory levels to meet requirements

o Monitor sku level inventory to properly cycle molds and printers

o Collaborate with Purchasing to utilize outsourcing as needed

o Collaborate with Customer Service Representatives and Sales Representatives to prepare time lines and address any supply challenges/issues

o Maintain an accurate schedule and work with Purchasing to ensure proper raw material purchases

o Provide management information regarding capacity and utilization for assigned work centers

o Utilize planning tools (Excel, Logility, etc.) to ensure an accurate forward looking plan

o Collaborate with Demand Manager to improve sales forecast accuracy

QUALIFICATIONS:

o Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field

o 2-3 years Supply Chain Planning experience preferred

o Knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain concepts and application

o Extensive spreadsheet analysis and strong mathematical abilities

o Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills

o Strong interpersonal and communications skills (oral & written)

o Proficient in Microsoft Office

o JDE system experience a plus

o Self-starter with ability to work independently under pressure and react quickly to changing priorities

o APICS CPIM/CSCP certification or certification in progress preferable
