Job Duties The Sr Talent & Organizational Development Specialist will support Network solutions in the following areas:

  • Workforce Engagement

  • Talent Management

  • Leadership Development

  • High Performer and High Potential Development

  • Executive Coaching

  • Change Management

  • Organization Design

  • Succession Planning

  • Performance Management Initiatives

Experience Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in Talent & Organizational Development or related field required

Education Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related discipline. Master’s degree preferred.License Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP), Certification in Project Management, Human Capital Management Software, and/or Behavioral Assessments will identify preferred candidates.


  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and work on multiple project components at the same time

  • Functional/technical expertise in workforce engagement, organizational effectiveness, or performance management

  • Knowledge of workforce engagement, executive and employee learning and development, various talent management programs including succession planning and performance management, organization design, culture / experience, and change management

  • Outstanding written & verbal communication skills

  • Expert change and stakeholder management capability

  • Ability to quickly understand an organization’s business priorities

  • Ability to work under minimal supervision, uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors

  • Experience in Healthcare industry preferred
