Lilly USA Digital has embarked on an exciting journey to bring digital campaign tactic development in house. In an age of targeted multi-channel campaigns, the volume of content and speed to bring tactics to customers is dramatically growing and we are responding by establishing several new internal roles.
The LillyUSA Digital Integrator role has technical accountability for the development of new digital tactics. The Digital Integrator will be responsible for delivery of web, banner or email tactics by working with external service providers. You will collaborate with Digital Leads, Brand Teams, Multi-channel Engagement Teams, Marketing Operations and Creative teams to ensure successful execution, compliance and quality.
Technical accountability for the development of new digital assets (web, banner, email).
Drive value through the identification of requirements and partnering with internal and external partners to deliver key projects.
Work directly with development teams to align tactics to business requirements
Understand the digital design system and new technologies to facilitate a technically sound approach for the evaluation and delivery of digital assets
Help build standard methodologies and guidelines
Track tactic and maintain development status and issues through Jira and GitHub
Testing of web, banner and email tactics to ensure quality
Additional responsibilities include model or template building as proof of concepts to steer the delivery of digital assets to our customers
Additional Skills/Preferences :
Mobile technologies and associated industry directions
Mobile platforms and development practices including responsive web pattern
Knowledge of systems and the integrations between technologies (i.e., servers, operating systems, networks, APIs) and applications or information.
Understanding of quality standards and practices, including risk-based methods
Proven versatility in business integration, project management including SCRUM/Agile, and systems/software development.
Strong teamwork, self-management and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

1+ years work experience with digital technologies in the marketing / digital agency / healthcare industry
