Robert Half Accountemps Billing Coordinator in INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana
A national service company located on the West side of Indianapolis has an immediate opportunity for a Billing Specialist to join the company's growing billing team. This role interfaces with vehicle registration, operations, sales, and accounting departments to ensure accurate timely invoicing to customers. This opportunity is full time, temporary to hire and provides fantastic benefits once hired on!
Duties for this position will include, but are not limited to: preparing and processing service, product sale, and recurring service bills; reading and understanding contracts, quotes, and PO's to ensure customers are billed correctly and within terms; and assisting with special projects as requested.
