The Director, Executive Recruitment oversees the sourcing, recruiting, selection and on-boarding of executive level talent for the company nationwide.Develops strategic partnerships and management of team charged with building the organization through executive recruitment. Designs and develops recruitment strategies for executive recruiting team. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Builds an Executive Recruiting team, capability and processesthat operates similar to a vendor and also mitigates our need to leverageexternal vendors.
Works with the Executive Leadership Team and senior executiveleaders to develop effective strategies to source for and fill executive positionsefficiently and effectively with highly competitive and diverse talent.
This individual manages the relationships with our externalexecutive search firm vendors.
Proactively builds out workforce strategic plans withbusiness leaders to gather future executive talent acquisition needs in orderto create pipelines of potential candidates.
The candidate and their team will proactively andaggressively source for talent needs based on those workforce strategic plans.
Works closely with the business leaders, Human Resources VicePresidents, Talent Acquisition peer teams, and other HR professionals todevelop and execute robust executive talent sourcing and search strategies
Oversees the executivetalent acquisition process to ensure all details are completed in a timelybasis with the least disruption and distraction to the business leaders.
Assures appropriate prescreening has occurred resulting inpools of highly qualified and diverse candidates.
Works closely with the Compensation Department to ensureappropriate compensation packages are developed and approved.
Builds strong partnerships with internalstakeholders and executive search firms. Guides business leadership to ensureselection process is efficient and provides memorable candidate experience.
Proactively and aggressively sources forexecutive talent to fulfill strategic needs
Requires Bachelor’s degree in HR-related field, 8 years’ experience in recruitment and at least 5 of those in executive recruitment; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
