Job Description

Job Summary:

The Onboarding Specialist ensures a seamless and complete new hire onboarding experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates the creation of job offers and online acceptance.

  • Follows up with candidates on completion of the required forms and documentation.

  • Notifies Recruiting/Hiring Manager of any potential issues with the new hire.

  • Processes the background and drug screens for new hires and coordinates appointments as necessary.

Qualifications

Education:

  • High School or equivalent required.

  • Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/experience is required.

  • Associate's/Technical Degree preferred

Work Experience:

  • Three years of experience is preferred.
