Robert Half Healthcare Practice is currently seeking a Recovery Specialist for one of our established clients located in Indianapolis! This position requires great interpersonal and supportive skillsets where you will be interacting with both mothers and their children. The Recovery Specialist will be responsible but not limited to: - Maintain operational control of the facility in the absence of senior staff. - Ensure that client environment is one that is therapeutic and promotes healthy recovery from addiction - Operate in a trauma-informed manner with clients and staff - Provide basic case management and community resource connection support to clients - Facilitate group skill training to clients - Provide 1-on-1 interventions with clients and complete supporting documentation - Transport clients as needed in company approved vehicles - Maintain appropriate professional boundaries and confidentiality. - Maintain inventory and assure appropriate use of building cleaning/ maintenance equipment and supplies by clients. - Conduct periodic tours of the facility and its grounds and to maintain safety and security - Assist in training and onboarding new team members - Monitor entrance to facility and answer telephones. Monitor visitor activities. - Maintain client sign-in/sign out log. Administer breathalyzer tests, urine screens, and searches to clients entering facility and as needed - Assure that all clothing and linen of new clients is machine washed and dried before storing in the facility. Issue and maintain inventory of all linen, pad locks, toiletries, etc. issued to residents. - Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with a broad variety of people, including clients, visitors, team members, and management.
