To bring correct and sufficient amounts of materials to machines, maintain correct inventories, determine which orders to run at a certain time. Control scrap. Monitor and identify raw material usage variances.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supplying color and resin to assigned machines
Grinding or disposing of scrap
Operating machine in order to give breaks
Performing color changes on assigned machines
Creating production labels
Scanning out of color
Maintaining the resin silo board
Checking color chips for color match
Material managements control of scrap and regrind usage
Reporting scrap in detail
Follows applicable Food Safety and cGMP policies
Skill Set (Required/Desired)
Ability to develop a routine
Basic Computer skills
Basic Mechanical understanding
Comprehension of central resin system
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High School diploma/or GED.
