Description:

The ACC Coordinator demonstrates advanced knowledge, skills, and understands the population served. CPR, ACLS, three years of Cath Lab are required. Preferred candidates will have experience with ACC registry, data management. Strong communication and relational skills essential. Advanced computer skills are critical to role. Will require interactions with medical staff and leaders at all levels of the organization. This position reports to the Cardiovascular Service Line Administrator.

Qualifications

Education:

  • An Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited university or college. [Diploma Required] Masters or CNS preferred.

Certifications:

  • Current IN unencumbered Registered Nurse license or Cath Lab Rad Tech License.

  • Maintain Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) Certification.

  • Maintain Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification.

Minimum:

3 years of Cath Lab and 1 year NCDR CathPCI Registry

Preferred:

3-5 Recent Cath Lab experience and 1 year NCDR CathPCI Registry
